Because they’re sweetened with low-GI evaporated coconut nectar they have no refined sugar or dairy content, while the raw coconut they contain is high in lauric acid, a natural antimicrobial agent. The caramelised coconut nectar blends beautifully with the smoothness of raw organic cashews, and the lemon essential oil’s subtle zest makes for a delightfully different chocolate bar.
These bars naturally have a soft and creamy texture due to the low melting point of coconut oil, but you can refrigerate them if you’re in the mood for a crunchier bar.
