Indications:  Cold-Rid contains Elder Flower Black and Lime Tree Flower which have been traditionally used in western herbal medicine to:

• reduce excess mucous
• relieve symptoms of the common cold
• relieve symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections.

Active Ingredients: Each 2.34 g teabag contains Elder Flower Black Dry (Sambucus nigra) 1.5 g and Lime Tree Flower Dry (Tilia cordata and / or Tilia platyphyllos and / or Tilia vulgaris) 336 mg.
Non-active ingredient: Each teabag also contains Rose Hip Dry (Rosa arvensis and / or Rosa canina and / or Rosa villosa), a pleasant-tasting fruit, naturally high in vitamin C.
