Agra Curry Paste is a North Indian curry originating from Agra the home of the Taj Mahal in India. It is medium heat curry traditionally for lamb but can be cooked with beef, lamb, chicken and vegetables. Similar to a Roghan Josh but cooked with coconut milk, it can be also cooked with tomatoes or water.
Ingredients: Water, canola oil, spices, dried onion, dried ginger, dried garlic, salt, acetic acid.
