When Hiro from Esencia Film & Video Production approached us about creating a web video for our family business, I was only too eager to take him up on his offer.
I understand that for some it can be a daunting experience purchasing online, so I wanted a video that could give a bit of an informal insight into the business and show that we aren't just a page on a computer screen. That we are there to help in anyway we can, whether it be providing further information on products or an inquiry about an order.
Although having no prior acting experience was quite nerve-racking to begin with, Hiro was very professional and made me feel completely at ease, and the whole day was suprisingly enjoyable. Thank you to Esencia who did a fantastic job of creating this video from start to finish.
