The Ultimate Banana Smoothie
“Really? Starting with a banana smoothie you say!”
Don’t worry, this banana smoothie will blow your mind... and your tastebuds! There is a reason we made it numero uno!
Ingredients:
- Banana (overripe is best)
- Fig (whole)
- Pitted dates (small handful)
- Cinnamon (teaspoon)
- Raw Honey (teaspoon)
- Almond milk or full cream (two cups)
- Ice (small handful)
Tip: Let the banana become a little overripe and then peel and freeze before using in the smoothie!
Mango Ginger Smoothie Bowl
This is a delicious tropical breakfast that tastes absolutely divine and is packed with goodness.
Ingredients:
- Frozen mango (two cheeks)
- Frozen banana (one large or two small)
- Vegan protein (2 scoops)
- Ground ginger (to your liking)
- Almond milk or full cream (one cup)
Topping Suggestions:
Banana, pumpkin seeds,granola, cinnamon, nut butter, almonds, cranberries, buckinis

Lolas Berrylicious Smoothie
One of our favourite energy boosters by health guru Lola Berry. Quick, easy & oh-so delicious.
Ingredients:
- Blueberries (handful)
- Blackberries (handful)
- Raspberries (handful)
- Almond milk (two cups)
- LSA* (tablespoon)
- Raw Honey (teaspoon)
- Spirulina powder (teaspoon)
* LSA is a combination of linseeds, flaxseeds and almonds.

The De-Bloat Green Smoothie
This is a perfect recipe to assist in reducing bloating. It is really high in potassium to help reduce water retention, and the ginger helps soothe the digestive system. And it tastes great too!
Ingredients:
- Cucumber (one)
- Frozen banana (two)
- Lemon juice (from half a lemon)
- Ginger (to your liking)
- Coconut water (one cup)
- Apple (one)
- Fresh Mint (quarter of a cup)
A teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar also makes a great addition. It is excellent for reducing bloating (and gas).
Green Chocolate Smoothie
Green smoothies aren’t everyones cup of tea, but this variation is a must try, and the combination of avocado and cacao is deceptively delicious.
Ingredients:
- Frozen bananas (2)
- Avocado (one)
- Baby spinach (two handfuls)
- Pitted dates (small handful)
- Raw cacao powder (approx 20g - 30g)
- LSA (quarter of a cup)
- Chia seeds (two tablespoons)
- Coconut Water (one cup)
