Pumpernickel is made by grinding the whole rye berry and baking it very slowly until it caramelizes. This is what gives this bread  its distinctive sweet flavour and colour.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain Rye Meal*, Water, Sugar Beet Syrup*, Barleymalt Extract*, Sea Salt, *Certified Organic Ingredients.
