This flour is made from brown rice (unhulled rice kernel), although light, it is extremely nutritious and easily digestible. Vegetarian, naturally gluten-free and wheat-free, free from chemical bleaching and artificial colouring. It adds a nutty flavour to food and is good as a substitute for wheat flour in various dishes. Fantastic for coating food, sauces, making noodles, cereals, desserts and snacks or combined with other flours for baking cookies, breads, pastries and more.
