Unlike their standard dandelion coffee, Golden Fields Dandelion 100% contains no barley malt, meaning that it’s gluten-free as well as caffeine-free. It’s 100% dandelion, and 100% of the dandelion, as in addition to the roasted roots it also includes some of the dried leaves and flowers, all painstakingly hand-cultivated on an organic New Zealand farm. It’s a bit more bitter, and every bit as healthy - dandelion is rich in minerals including calcium, cobalt, copper, iron, nickel, phosphorous, selenium, sodium and tin and also has recognised naturopathic benefits for the kidney and liver as well as constipation and poor digestion.
