Bio Moments is part of the European company Caramelos Cerda - a leading Spanish manufacturer of organic hard-boiled confectionary. The century old family run business prides itself on its signature product range of delightful and fun organic candies and various shaped lollipops including a sugar free variety. The ingredients used for its products (including honey, glucose syrup and sugar) are derived from organic farming methods or sourced from their natural origin, all of which are gluten, cholesterol, GMO and lactose free. The Bio Moments sugarfree range is suitable for diabetics with Type I and II diabetes due to the use of the low GI Isomalt sweetner, Acesulfame K and Sucralose.

Testing of ingredients is regularly carried out to ensure that the products used are allergen free.
