Being in the supply chain industry for over 20 years, Michael noticed that most of the plastic waste from the products that we see in stores each day was either going to landfills or oceans. After discovering that plastic waste had been found in 100% of marine turtles examined in one particular study, he decided it was time to change things around and introduce a brand that focuses on reducing single use plastic. That’s where the inspiration ( and the name ) of Eco Turtles came from.
Eco Turtles is now providing durable plastic bottles and cleaning tablets certified by EcoCert. They are also actively involved in an ever-evolving process of improving their manufacturing, processing, packaging and shipping of their products by staying compliant to EcoCert’s standards.
