Explore Cuisine founder Joe Spronz was in China, exploring the cuisine of Asia, when he came across some really tasty soybean noodles. Realising that they were also highly nutritious, he decided that Western pasta could also benefit from some beans. Now his company offers a variety of traditional Italian pasta types made from soybeans as well as lentils, mung beans and chickpeas.
