Flying Swan is an Australian family owned confectioner that has grown to become one of the largest nougat manufacturers in Asia-Pacific. They produce their famous Italian-style soft/crunchy nougat by handcrafting premium Australian ingredients such as honey and almonds using traditional techniques and equipment in a modern HACCP-certified facility. Flying Swan has also introduced Australia's tastiest health bar, the all-natural Aussie Bush Bar.

Flying Swan takes its name from the black swans of Swan River in Western Australia, where the company was born in 1996 after its founder discovered an old Italian nougat recipe detailing the ingredients, techniques and equipment that had been used centuries before. The premium nougat produced therefrom proved a major success in duty-free shops nationwide and is now also sold in health food stores, supermarkets and department stores alongside the brand’s Aussie Bush Bar health bar.
