Based in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Gingerbread Folk brings traditional baked gingerbread into the present with the finest ingredients and no added flavours, colours or preservatives.

The company believes that their product should be accessible for all, with the full range being vegan, and free of dairy, egg, palm-oil and nuts, with gluten free options also available. 

They use only quality ingredients such as the finest ginger and a balance of sweet spices to complement the cookies, and The Gingerbread Folk have also created unique egg free royal icing.

Meet Karen Sharman and Dominic Mason, the owners of Gingerbread Folk. The idea for the firm was born from the pair’s love of baking and cake decorating and a desire to deliver quality products that contain only the finest ingredients. 

This commitment to excellence is driven by an ethical philosophy which saw both leave the corporate world and discover a new life direction in the vast outback. The result is the ethos that underpins the Gingerbread Folk company and the cookies contain no preservatives, flavours or colours.
