The idea for Good Cocktail Co started where many a creative ventures — and drinks — are entertained: on an island. Waiheke Island, just offshore from Auckland in New Zealand, was the place and the creative venture, a range of non-alcoholic cocktail mixers that could be shaken at home and rival the best bartenders’ creations. Good Cocktail Co didn’t want to just flirt with the idea of a brag-worthy mixer, they wanted to be the best. So, they recruited the best ingredients from nature and crafted up a truly terrific line of popular cocktail fusions that go down perfectly - with or without alcohol.

From the tiny isle of Waiheke Island in New Zealand, Good Cocktail Co was born. An simple idea between friends - that good ingredients could make great drinks - saw a range of non-alcoholic cocktail and mocktail mixers made with pure and honest ingredients came to fruition. Founders Rhona Mackenzie and James Sweetbaum launched Good Cocktail Co in March 2019, the first of a trio of beverage-focused brands under the Red Shoot umbrella they’d come to pour their love of quality ingredients into. While Good Cocktail Co was the launching point of their adored drinks brands, history tells us there’s plenty more to come from this award-winning Kiwi company.
