Hannah began as a night time job with a few fabrics and a sewing machine. But this dream was soon shared by other people and Hannah is now a multi-seamstresses company making high quality, reusable menstrual products for women all around the world.
The idea for Hannah came from the observation that about 16 Billion pads and tampons are disposed off annually in the USA alone. To fight this crisis and to promote a healthy, chemical free menstrual cycle, HannahPad; reusable cotton pads, was introduced in 2005. From there, the brand grew and introduced period friendly underwear, panty liners and menstrual cups. With proper care, their products last years and since they are biodegradable, they can go to compost bins instead of oceans.
