Melbourne-based Jomeis Fine Foods introduced the first Australian-made sweet balsamic reduction in 2002 as a tastier, less acidic alternative to conventional vinegar. Their line of plant-based lattes includes turmeric and a half-dozen other bioactive botanicals with great taste and great nutritional benefits. Everything is gluten- and dairy-free, vegan, and non-GMO.

Jomeis founders Vicki and Martin Nguyen are the names behind Jomeis Fine Foods. Their commitment to delivering fine foods that not only taste great but are healthy too, derives from their deeply-held belief that food has the ability to nurture and heal, living by the mantra “let food be your medicine”. Together, Vicki and Martin run a holistic healing centre outside Melbourne based on this principle.

The combination of Martin’s skills as a practitioner of Chinese medicine and Vicki’s business skills and interest in healing foods has resulted in an exquisite range of balsamic vinegars that are known to improve digestion and provide a range of other health benefits.
