Justine’s CEO, Justine Muollo, has always been a foodie and an innovator – as she amply demonstrated in 2002 when a biscotti spoon she invented was named Best Global Grocery Product at the Sial D’Or in Paris. Justine is also gluten intolerant, and she founded her eponymous cookie company in 2005 to make delicious treats available to people with dietary restrictions. She was soon winning more awards, including the Deloitte Fast 50, and became a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
