Kookas Natural make their cookies in Australia, from predominantly Australian-grown organic ingredients chosen for their natural flavours, nutritional benefits, and low allergenicity. All four varieties are free from artificial additives, eggs and dairy, and refined flour and sugar, and their Orange Hazelnut cookies are also paleo-friendly and gluten-free. Sweetened with honey and coconut sugar and filled with superfoods such as goji berries, flaxseed and raw cacao, these cookies are as healthy as they are delicious.

Johanna “Jo” Clark comes from a cookie kind of family – the family behind Kookas Country Cookies. As a naturopath and nutritionist, she wanted to create cookies with more natural, more nourishing ingredients. As someone with allergies to milk and eggs, she wanted to create cookies that people with food intolerances could enjoy. As it was, she ended up creating a whole new brand: Kookas Natural, which began with hours of baking and weekly sales trips to the local farmers’ market and has grown into a nationwide business still offering Jo’s four original recipes that started it all.
