Monster Health Food

Monster Health Foods is an Australian family company owned and operated for more than 19 years by Kim & Trevor Lauman. The company develops and makes their own products themselves - no outside manufacturing takes place.  "Free From" products such as Gluten Free, Nut Free, Preservative Free and Wheat Free are a speciality.

Basically, Monster Muesli started with a Sports Muesli and has expanded due to a need for healthy products which taste great without the need for high levels of fat, salt and sugar added, subsequently a philosophy of "Balanced Taste" developed.  

In 2011, ‘Choice’ surveyed 159 mueslis and 2 of their products - Sports and Hi-Fibre - were selected in the top 20 "Best of all (nutritional) Worlds" and Hi-Fibre was subsequently featured on TV on Today Tonight as one of the top 4 mueslis!
