Since 2004, a young British company called Natural Balance Foods created Nakd because they devoted themselves in creating delicious and healthy snacks that the whole world can enjoy. Nakd snack bars are meant to replace all the sugary cookies, fruit bars, and chocolate bars on the market that contains preservatives and sugars. Nakd snack bars are quite the opposite, they contain all natural fruit and nuts with no added sugars and are low in saturated fats. So you get natural goodness in every bar - this way Nakd snack bars spreads happiness and good health - which is what Natural Balance Foods believes in.

Nākd bars are made by Natural Balance Foods, a UK company founded in 2004 with a mission of making healthy wholefood snacks that taste even better than the sugar-filled, over-processed mass market offerings. While doing their bit for consumers’ waistlines and taste buds, they’ve also been doing their bit for the environment. Their partnership with the international organisation WeForest has enabled the planting of nearly 10,000 trees to halt desertification in Burkina Faso and reconnect isolated rain forest groves in Brazil’s western São Paulo State.
