A blend of sun-ripened lemons, parsley, coriander and a hint of PERi-PERi. This extra mild marinade is perfect for the whole family!

Heat level:  Extra Mild

Directions for use: Your favourite chicken or fish will absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for 5 - 10 mins prior to cooking (or as long as you've got). For best results, marinate overnight. Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart’s content. One bottle (250ml) is enough to marinate one whole chicken.
