No wheat, no gluten, but some nicely formed fusilli noodles with a faintly nutty flavour that works great in all the traditional pasta dishes (i.e., all the ones you’ve been missing since you went gluten-free!). Teff pasta is richer in protein and fibre, too, and has a natural satiating effect so you feel full longer – but never bloated.
