Ingredients: Corn Starch, Thickeners (non GMO Modified Tapioca and Corn Starch, Methylcellulose, Xanthan Gum), Water, Potato Starch, Vegetable Oil (from Canola, Palm), Yeast, Sugar, Psyllium Husk, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Acidity Regulators (Glucono Delta Lactone), Iodised Salt, Buckwheat Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Vinegar, Vegetable Emulsifier (Mono and diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Spirulina.
