Ceres Organics combines rice with tasty Quinoa to produce a delicious pasta the whole family can enjoy. Our 100% organic pastas are produced in a separate gluten-free facility. Each stage of the production process is developed to safeguard the unique purity of the harvest.
Quinoa (pronounced 'keen-wah') is a truly ancient grain, originating in the Inca civilization. They called it chisaya mama - the 'mother of all grains'. Today, it is known the world over as a 'super grain' . Quinoa is a balanced source of high quality protein, is naturally gluten-free, wheat-free, easy to digest and highly regarded as one of the least allergenic foods available. Quinoa has a light, nutty, deliciously unique flavour.
Bring 3 - 4 litres of water to a rapid boil. Add a pinch of salt and 1 pack of Ceres Organics Pasta Shells. Cook for 13 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and drain. Serve immediately.
