Pancakes made from teff have a pleasantly nutty taste that goes just as well with savoury lunches and dinners as it does with sweet breakfasts and desserts. They’re naturally gluten free and rich in protein, too. Teff Tribe’s pancake mix keeps the sugar low – less than one gram per serve – and the prep easy: just whisk in an egg and some milk and cook for 2-3 minutes per side in a greased frying pan and they’ll come out perfect every time.
