Well & Good sourdough loaf is gluten free, yeast free, and a good source of dietary fibre, promoting positive digestive health.
The bread is made from a thriving gluten-free sourdough starter that uses brown rice flour. It has been traditionally fermenting for over three years. Nurtured daily, our sourdough is rich with gut-loving friendly bacteria.
How to store:
Store frozen or in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4-6 days or refreeze for up to 6 months.
Ingredients:
Water, Oil (Sunflower and Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Corn Starch, Flaxseed Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Aluminium-Free Baking Powder, Fermented Brown Rice, Sorghum Flour, Psyllium Husk, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Powdered Cellulose), Iodised Salt, Sourdough Culture (Lactobacillus bacteria).
