Fermentanicals is a love story between wellness and scientific research which was realized by Jayta Szpitalak. Jayta is a trained Counseling Psychologist and Nutritional Health Coach from Columbia University and specializes in the study of connections between our physical health and emotions. Her educational and professional background was what motivated her to design a range of supplements that is harmonious for body, brain and emotions.

Her journey started with Turmeric, which she discovered after a lot of investigation, was extremely hard for the human body to absorb. But considering the great health benefits of turmeric, she decided to research how to intake turmeric in an efficient way. This efficient way turned to be fermentation. And so the journey of Fermentanicals began. Today, Fermentanicals offers a range of fermented superfoods such as flax, turmeric, medical mushrooms and more.
