Nougat Limar make their tender, not-too-sweet nougat by the time-honoured process of blending hot syrup with whipped egg whites before adding fresh Australian-grown and imported nuts, vanilla essence and other select ingredients. Each delicious variety is at least one-third nuts, rich in energy and nutrients, and low in saturated fat.

Nougat Limar is an Australian-owned company specialising in nougat made from only the finest ingreadients. Nougat Limar has been heralded the best nougat in Australia by well-known Sydney Morning Herald food critic, John Newton. It has texture that is typically French-style, and is not overly sweet or chewy. This creamy soft nougat is gluten free, high in energy, less than 2% saturated fat, and contains at least 33% nuts ( which are grown mainly in Australia ).
