Avalon Organics advocate government policies that make quality education accessible to girls everywhere. Since many of the world’s estimated 31 million out-of-school girls are members of minority ethnic groups plagued by poverty and official neglect, Avalon have decided to focus their efforts on helping girls in developing countries through a partnership with renowned anti-poverty organisation CARE called Empower Her Through Education. The 3-year campaign aims to provide a foundation in reading and writing that will give these girls the skills and confidence to improve their lives, their communities, and ultimately the world.
