Hart & Soul All Natural Coconut & Lentil Soup

Product Description

Hart & Soul created this deliciously rich pouch soup in consultation with Melbourne nutritionist Melanie Lionello (of Naturally Nutritious blogging fame). It’s based on South India’s staple lentil koottu, and includes both lentils and nutrient-rich mung beans, as well as capsicum and sweet potato to give it a slightly sweet taste that sets off the spices very nicely. Great with naan bread and unsweetened yogurt, and you can sprinkle fresh cilantro on top to add another layer of complexity to the flavour.
