Founder Jonathan Carp was on a trip to Japan when he first discovered the Japanese plant-based staple, konnyaku (konjak). Amazed the health benefits of this ‘miracle’ food he founded Miracle Noodle with his family, offering konnyaku-based noodle and rice alternatives. After an influx of positive feedback and accolades, from celebrity chefs to health-centred magazines, Jonathan expanded his range, now offering a wide variety of noodles, rice options, and ready meals based on a long-list of international cuisine favourites.
