Nature’s Child is Australia’s leading brand of organic baby products. They make zero-chemical, zero-waste cotton breast pads and baby wipes as well as all-natural baby balms based on beeswax and botanical oils. Their high-quality products provide parents with baby care options that are convenient, ecofriendly and cost-effective.
Born in a Byron Bay garage in July of the year 2000, Nature’s Child spent its childhood as a brick-and-mortar store, then grew up to be a manufacturer and online retailer of Australian Certified Organic baby products. The company prioritises social and environmental responsibility by making products that are natural, sustainable and reusable in order to reduce waste and the use of toxic chemicals. By honouring and protecting the planet, they honour and protect mothers and babies all over the world both for now and for the future.
When Nature’s Child owner Jannine Barron started her family in 1995, she also started to think more about the future – and about the impact of the choices made by her and other mums. She was particularly bothered by the prevalence of single-use plastic and synthetic baby products and worried about their long-term effects on the environment. It wasn’t a common opinion at the time, but Jannine was optimistic that she could help change minds by providing quality alternatives to disposables. She founded Nature’s Child in 2000 and is proud to be part of the revolution in eco-consciousness that is still transforming the baby products industry.
