Michael and Jam Jolley are the names behind the Australian Carob Co. and their pride in producing the best carob trees has given them fame in their chosen field. Their 76-acre orchid is located in Booborowie, near Burra, South Australia and has over 6000 carob trees.
A commitment to high standard and cleanliness in process is the secret behind the couple’s success and their product’s popularity with customers.
