The classic marble cake is a luscious-looking blend of light and dark – and wheat flour, eggs and dairy, which can be a problem for quite a lot of people! Well & Good’s mix keeps the looks and the flavour but leaves out the allergens so you can bake a cake that won’t leave anybody out of the fun. It’s gluten-free, of course, requires no eggs or dairy to make, and is produced in a facility which never processes tree nuts, peanuts, seafood, sesame or soy. The chocolate part is in a convenient separate sachet that can also be used to make a rich and delicious icing.
