Dark and delicious, this drinking mix from Loving Earth uses 100% Amazónico Criollo cacao for its rich chocolate flavour and low glycaemic index coconut sugar for its sweetness. Raw dark chocolate is included for extra smoothness. The cacao is produced by traditional agricultural methods and cold processed to preserve its content of antioxidants (it has twice as many as regular cocoa), neurotransmitters and monoamine oxidase inhibitors. All ingredients are sourced from small cooperatives in the Satipo region of Peru and purchased on a fair trade basis.
