Spearmint Tea

More people need to enjoy all the health benefits of spearmint tea. Being incredibly high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, whilst also being incredibly delicious and refreshing. spearmint tea deserves way so much more recognition. Whilst freshening breath, it is known to also help soothe nausea and improve digestion. Some studies also suggest and improvement in mental clarity. Spearmint tea can be enjoyed daily, either hot or cold. You might also like Peppermint Tea.

Pine Needle Tea

Typically made from fresh or dried pine needles, and although used for centuries, pine needle tea is becoming more popularly known throughout Australia. Like spearmint tea, pine needle tea also provides a well deserved health boost of vitamins and antioxidants.

Tulsi Tea

Also popularly known as Holy Basil Tea, Tulsi Tea is made from the Tulsi plant, which is considered in India for it’s spiritual and medicinal benefits. This slightly sweet, slightly peppery tea is becoming a favourite in Australia because of it’s relaxation inducing properties. It is also said to help reduce cortisol levels, balance hormones and assist in boosting mental clarity.

Lemon balm tea

A refreshing and flavourful option, just like Tulsi Tea, Lemon Balm Tea is famously known for its calming and soothing effects on body and mind. This is a good choice for people wanting to help reduce stress and anxiety, and get a good nights rest.

Passionflower tea

Made from the leaves, stems and flowers of the passionflower plant, Passionflower Tea is another one of our favourites, offering properties that help with sleep and stress reduction. This tea is also rich in antioxidants and has antimicrobial properties, making it a good choice for immune support. This tea has a slightly bitter taste, so we suggest combining it with other flavours or herbs and spices to create something that suits your taste.
