RECIPE

Matcha, Almond Butter and Carob Balls

Naturally sweet and creamy, these carob bliss balls are everything you want in a healthy snack.

Made with a combination of raw carob powder, roasted carob powder and carob syrup, they don't skimp on flavour. Mix in creamy almond butter made from perfectly roasted almonds then dust them in pure matcha powder and what you've got is an addictively-good bliss ball with a long list of brag-worthy nutrients. Antioxidants, protein, fibre, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and niacin are just some of the nutrients packed inside.

Unlike chocolate bliss balls, these ones are free from caffeine and theobromine, are naturally sweet and low in fat.

And did we mention they're super simple to make?

Whip up a batch and enjoy one the next time you're in need of a tasty treat or energy boost. You'll never cast a second glance at a store-bought bliss ball again..
