Fish 4 Ever Sardines in Tomato Sauce

Each evening a small fleet of boats departs port an hour or so from Santander in North Spain. They head for the Bay of Biscay, scoop up lovely fresh sardines in small net sacks and return at dawn.  We can breathe a sigh of relief when we hear these fishing stories. Thankfully they still exist. We then process these little beauties in an artisan fashion using only the finest organically sourced ingredients.
