Behind the brand
Dr. Christine Houghton, Nutritional Biochemist in Brisbane with thirty years of clinical practice was introducted to nutrigenomics when she was looking for an alternative path to synthetic supplements. She realised at once the promise of nutrigenomics to revolutionise clinical practice through the interaction with the body's own cellular defence mechanisms. This lead her to GliSODin, a French discovery that was able to stimulate the body's master antioxidant enzymes. Inspired, Christine established Cell-Logic in 2005 to introduce these innovations to Australian clinicians. A year later, she discovered sulforaphane, a broccoli-derived natural compound already well-backed with robust scientific research. Seeing its phenomenal potential, she guided Cell-Logic toward creating nutrigenomic ally active molecules as devices for actual clinical application.
