This is a versatile topical oil that is designed to moisturise and soothe the skin. It is also used for concerns including dryness, itching, insect bites, scars, stretch marks and sensitive skin, as well as massage over sore muscles and joints.

Apply the oil sparingly to the required area two to four times daily, or as needed. A small amount goes a long way, with approximately one drop being enough to cover the back of the hand.

A greasy residue usually means that too much oil has been applied. Use a smaller amount and massage it gently into the skin until absorbed.
