Nandos Medium Peri Peri Chicken Marinade

Product Description

A combination of sun-ripened lemons, garlic, spices and a dash of PERi-PERi (African Bird's Eye Chilli). This marinade is full of  flavour with a touch of heat making it perfect for a PERi-PERi beginner!  This is as close as you can get to Nando’s PERi-PERi Chicken at home.

Directions for use:  Marinate your favourite chicken, fish, beef or lamb to absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for 5 - 10 mins prior to cooking (or as long as you've got). For best results, marinade overnight. Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart’s content. One bottle (250ml) is plenty to marinate one whole chicken.
