Aromatherapy teaches that grapefruit, lavender, lemon and peppermint can help to alleviate the inflammation, stuffiness, nasal discharge and headaches that come with hay fever / allergic rhinitis. Oil Garden’s Hay Fever Ease blends them all to make all the sniffing and sneezing a bit more bearable. You can add up to six drops at a time to your vaporiser, up to six times a day, or dilute five drops in 10mL of a carrier oil for chest and back massage.
