Tri Plex is a blend of herbs traditionally used to flush worms and other parasites from the gastrointestinal tract. The tincture is also suitable for promoting regular, healthy digestion. Unchanged since 1996, the formula is based on research by Dr. Hulda Clark indicating that herbal powders could be used to remove disease-causing parasitic organisms from the colon. The name ‘Tri-Plex’ comes from Dr. Clark’s original three ingredients. The first is an extract prepared from the green hulls of Australian-grown black walnuts harvested in March. The juglones, tannins, and iodine present in these hulls are natural antimicrobial agents that help fight infection and support good gut health. Cloves, a carminative, act to expel intestinal gas and make the environment less comfortable for pathogenic organisms. Finally, wormwood is a well-known anti-parasitic with particular effect against flatworms and nematodes.
