Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Ceres Organics Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Cold-Pressed
- 2 rashers free-range bacon diced (leave out for vegetarian option)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Ceres Organics Organic Demerara Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 cans Ceres Organics Organic Baked Beans, Low Sodium
Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, cook the bacon and onion in olive oil.
- Add molasses, brown sugar and mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the baked beans and gently heat through for 5 minutes.
- Serve with your choice of bread.
