Like all good things, the Farmer Jo story began with good food. Inspired by the artisan food movement, Scott and Sal Tulloch wanted to create the ultimate breakfast. Not your run-of-the-mill kind where random ingredients with unfathomable food-miles attached are thrown in. The kind made from quality Aussie ingredients, with chunks of dried fruit and oats that have been lovingly tumbled through honey and cinnamon. A range that would make breakfast your favourite meal of the day. Experimenting, blending, baking and sampling from the family’s kitchen in Sydney, soon Scott and Sal had a handful of delectable mueslis they were excited to share with the world. More than a decade on, Farmer Jo are still concocting breakfast foods people are excited to wake up to, now based in the stunning hinterland of Byron Bay.
