Product Description
Our mackerel is sourced from only sustainably managed stock which is caught by trawlers using large nets set around schools of moving fish between mid November to mid April when the mackeral is at it's peak in terms of fat content. The fishermen follow the migration of the mackerel from the north of Scotland to the west of Ireland.
