Golden Fields Organic Dandelion Coffee is a blend of lightly roasted, finely ground dandelion root - painstakingly hand-cultivated on an organic New Zealand farm - with a little roasted barley malt. The combination of the bitter dandelion and mildly sweet malt makes for a satisfyingly full-bodied beverage that’s coffee-like but caffeine-free. It’s also an exceptionally healthy drink, as dandelion is rich in minerals including calcium, cobalt, copper, iron, nickel, phosphorous, selenium, sodium and tin and also has recognised naturopathic benefits for the kidney and liver as well as constipation and poor digestion.
