Lotus Raw Whole-Nut Almond Flour is made from whole raw Australian almonds including the skin to create a wholesome 'wholemeal' style flour perfect for baking as a low carb flour. Great in any recipe that calls for almond meal or natural almond flour. Give your baked goods a lovely wholemeal taste and texture similar to that of a 'wholemeal' flour  but with more fibre and a nuttier taste.  By combining with other flours you can get different textures depending on your preference.
