Ombar began with Richard Turner’s desire to make chocolate that was not only delicious, but also good for you. Within the walls of his home kitchen, Richard dove into the world of cacao and the art of chocolate making. From roasting techniques to tempering, he mastered and refined his recipe until he was ready to share it with the world.
Every Ombar is made with organic, ethically sourced ingredients, each one carefully chosen to make the chocolate better for you. Ombars silky smooth texture and unforgettable flavour profiles are designed to bring indulgence and nourishment in the most sustainable way.

With Ombar’s intent to make healthier and more ethical chocolate, they have raised the bar significantly by pioneering a range of bars made from oat milk that have half the carbon emissions of regular milk chocolate.
