Outback Harvest are the Australian teff specialists. They grow the nutritious, gluten-free supergrain sustainably on Australian farms, and they’ve developed a number of tasty teff-based foods to go along with their wholegrain teff and wholemeal teff flour offerings.

The McNaul family have been farmers for four generations, but they’ve never been afraid to try something new. They now operate Outback Harvest, the first Australian teff grower, near Wakool township in the fertile Riverina region of New South Wales.
Outback Harvest is owned by Australian family farmers who believe in the goodness of teff and also believe in making connections that count between growers, suppliers and consumers of this sustainably grown supergrain. They grow their own teff, process it themselves, source other ingredients from other Australian farms, and then proudly present their products to the market in the certainty that they are of the highest possible quality and integrity.
